Halloween Garland.

To make a spooky paper craft Halloween garland, you will need:

  • Coloured Paper. (You could also use the recycled card)
  • Halloween Cookie Cutters/Shapes.
  • Scissors.
  • Pencil or Pen.
  • Ribbon.


  • First, place the shapes onto the paper/card and trace around the pumpkin, ghost and skull shapes. (You can also draw this freehand)
  • Next, cut out the shapes using scissors.

  • Decide on how you would like the animated faces to look and draw the designs onto the Halloween shapes using a pencil.
  • Then pierce a hole at the top of each decoration.

Tread the Ribbon.
  • Finally, thread the ribbon through the shapes in a sequence of colours and tie the ends with a knot.

(Optional: To make the design more noticeable, use a pen to go over the pencil lines).

Like magic, and with some creativity, you have a homemade Halloween garland.

Paper Craft Monsters.

To make gruesome Halloween monsters, you will need:

  • White, Orange and Black Paper. (You could also use the recycled card)
  • Halloween Cookie Cutters/Shapes.
  • Pencil.
  • Scissors.
  • Pritt Stick.


  • Draw around the pumpkin cookie cutter shapes (or draw freehand) onto orange paper.
  • Then cut out the pumpkin shapes.

  • After, use black paper to cut out the mouth with fangs.

  • Also, cut out a black nose and eyes.

  • Lastly, use Pritt Stick to glue on the facial features.

To make the ghostly monster; follow the same method, but use white paper and a ghost cookie cutter shape instead. You can also create different designs for the mouth, nose and eyes.

Halloween Mexican Skulls.

To make enchanting Mexican Skulls, you will need:

  • White Paper.
  • Skull Cookie Cutters/Shapes.
  • Scissors.
  • Pencil.
  • Colouring pencils or pens.


  • First, draw around the skull cookie cutter onto white paper. (You could also draw freehand)

  • Next, cut around the skull shapes using scissors.

  • Then use a pencil to draw on a creative Mexican Skull design.

  • Colour your design using bright colours.

Tip: You can also colour the skulls in black so that the bright colours shine.
