For my son, I want him to learn about food nutrition and develop a healthy relationship with food. I want him to be able to enjoy the creative side of cooking, gain valuable life skills and understand the food process.

Caring for Someone with Alzheimer’s

It has been two years since my nan passed away from Alzheimer’s, and it is still something that I struggle with today. When my nan was alive, my mum made the ultimate sacrifice and gave up her job to become a full-time carer.

Autism and Sleep

As a young child, he would wake up and switch all of the lights on around the house. He has always had a disturbed sleep pattern and would wake up instantly full of energy on little sleep. Even his paediatrician said that some children naturally sleep less and that my child was one of them. At that point, I was laughing and crying at the same time.
