We wanted to see the vintage aircraft, Swiss Garden, and go on a sculpture trail at Shuttleworth.
As we entered Wrest Park, I was surprised at the enormity of open space. I was impressed.
The Higgins is an art gallery and museum in Bedford. In
addition, my son and I decided to visit The Higgins this summer. What’s more, is, it is free entry; however, donations welcomed.

Located in Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire is an adventure golf course called Mr Mulligan’s Pirate Golf. Additionally, the golf course consists of 18 holes, and the best part is that it is pirate-themed.
Stowe has plenty of open space full of parkland, gardens, and statues too.
Bekonscot Model Village and Railway has a large display of miniature figures; and model trains and railways to boast.

In 2018, Myself (designated driver), my partner and my son drove to Hampton Court Palace for their Food Festival. We strategically booked tickets to attend the last day of the event, which was on a Sunday. (The last day of the festival, hence not as busy).
As we arrived at the National Space Centre, we saw this magnificent Space Shuttle Intelsat Satellite Cradle in front of the museum. There was also a pioneer statue at the front.
What do we love about Brighton? It is a place of fun and diversity, and when we arrive, there is just a feeling of liberation. Also, my son finds it soothing to be by the sea.
In 2019, my partner decided to surprise me and treat us to a couple’s weekend vacation to see The Roman Baths in Bath.

My son and I attended the relaxed opening at The National Museum of Computing on 17th February.
He enjoys playing computer games, so it was great to be able to show him the history of computers, and some of the games that I played back in the day.
My son and I went to the cinema to watch The Call of the Wild. I wasn’t too sure if I was going to like the film but was pleasantly surprised that I did.
